Mistery Shopper. The genuine consumer perspective.

As well as monitoring customer satisfaction, it is a new tool used to track marketing and trade marketing decisions. It allows a company’s services and products to be assessed from a customer perspective. To ensure a broad sphere of action, we work with services targeting large-scale retail, in shopping centres/outlets and the retail sphere.

Whether it be brand distribution checks, competitor monitoring, or guideline compliance inspections, we select our mystery clients from among a representative sample of the individual retail outlet’s clientbase in terms of age, level of education, favourite brands and type of purchase.

This monitoring activity allows the area in question to be accurately photographed. These activities are then used to develop qualitative and quantitative analyses using a survey form, with the aim of improving the display area, assortment and checking competitors’ strategies.
