CONTRACT APPLIED
The company has adopted the Operational Marketing national collective bargaining agreement signed by Cisal, the Italian national trade confederation deemed comparatively most representative in the private sector by way of Prime Ministerial Decree of 8 August 2013, with ANPIT – Azienda Italia, the Italian national employers’ association of which Trade is also a member ,alongside thousands of other companies in Italy.
Trade is a member of ANPIT – Azienda Italia and legitimately applies the Operational Marketing national collective bargaining agreement, as the sole collective bargaining agreement in this sector, as approved by the Turin Court of Appeal in decision no. 661/2022 of 01-02-2023.
