We select resources based on experience criteria (background in the sector, presence in stores, geographical proximity, language skills) and physical features (age, sex, height, size, etc.).

The Beauty Consultant is a consultancy figure, manages the promotional part, assists the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and skin treatments. It operates transversally in the sector by supporting the three axes: make up, skincare and fragrances. This figure works mainly in perfumeries, pharmacies, parapharmacies, herbalist shops, beauty centres, wellness centres, supporting cosmetic companies and pharmaceutical companies.
